What is NPS?

YNPS (Net Promoter Score) Recommendation Score, which many local and global organizations follow, is a measurement method that gives critical insights in determining organizations' strategies and taking action.

Then use NPS. Because NPS tracks whether customers will recommend your company to others or not. This reveals whether they personally want to use the company's services again.

In the NPS model, your customers are divided into 3 main groups.

First group  promoters (supporters). The customers in this group consist of those who recommend your brand to their circles. The second group is passives (ineffective ).The model is based on the assumption that customers in this group do not have a positive or negative impact on your brand. • Those who score 9-10 are your supporters who recommend you
• Those who score 7-8 are your customers in the passive group
• Those who score 0-6 points are the customers who speak negatively about you and despise you.
The NPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of those who are supportive (9-10) from the percentage of those who think negatively (0-6).

So what does NPS do?

The strength of NPS is that it measures the level of relationship between the brand / company and the customer, taking the motivation to recommend. It clearly depicts areas of improvement when followed regularly.

NPS reliably predicts growth rate among competitors. Once you measure the NPS value, remember that this is the beginning of the feedback and improvement cycle.
